The AI coach is an educational, AI-assisted implementation tool. It cannot diagnose, treat, provide medical advice, replace licensed care or support emergencies. Do not enter confidential employer information, commercially sensitive information, personal health information, payment details, passwords or information about another person.

Individual experiences vary. No outcome, recovery timeline or performance result is guaranteed. Individual recovery practices may be useful, but they do not replace an employer’s responsibility for workload, role clarity, resources, support, leadership practice or workplace culture.
