This website provides information about the Revitalise Your Leadership programme. If you choose to email us, we use the information you provide to read and respond to your business enquiry. Please do not include health information, confidential employer information or information about another person in your first email.
Executive Burnout Assessment
The Executive Burnout Assessment is delivered through Aidaform. The assessment may collect the information and responses requested in the questionnaire for the stated assessment purpose. Aidaform processes assessment responses through its service. Please read this Privacy Policy and Aidaform’s Privacy Policy before submitting the assessment.
The legal basis, any consent requirement, access to assessment responses, retention period, data-centre setting and deletion arrangements for assessment data will be confirmed in the final approved version of this policy before the assessment is published.
Programme, purchase and AI coach
Programme purchase, account access and course delivery take place on the separate Heights Platform membership site. Please review the privacy information presented on that platform before creating an account or making a purchase.
The Revitalise Course Companion is a course-navigation and general explanation tool for the Revitalise Your Leadership programme. It is delivered through a Cloudflare-hosted application. When you submit a course question, it is sent to Anthropic to generate a reply.
The Companion is designed not to create a learner profile or intentionally retain a chat transcript within the application. Do not enter health information, wearable or assessment data, private workbook content, confidential employer information, personal contact details or information about another person. The Companion is not medical, mental-health, therapeutic, employment, legal or emergency advice, and it does not diagnose burnout or interpret personal data.
The Companion is provided as a course-contained tool. It is not a secure purchaser-only service and a person with the link may be able to access it while the tool is live. For non-urgent programme support, contact perform@neuro-performance.co.uk. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate urgent-support service.
Anthropic processes questions submitted to generate replies. The applicable provider processing and retention arrangements depend on the active provider account, model and service settings. We do not claim zero retention unless this has been separately verified and enabled for the live service.
Website support chat
The chat button on this website answers general questions about the programme using an AI service. Messages are sent to that service to generate a reply and are not saved by this website after you close or refresh the page. Please do not enter health information, confidential employer information or information about another person.
Your rights and complaints
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights under applicable data-protection law, including rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction and objection. You can ask a privacy question by emailing perform@neuro-performance.co.uk. If you are in the UK, you may also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Updates
We may update this policy when the website, assessment, programme or AI-coach data handling changes. The effective date will be shown at the top of this page.
